Meet Lucy, CEO of THG Beauty
Lucy first joined THG in 2012 on a 12-month placement during her degree. She returned in 2013 as a graduate in our Beauty division and spent the next few years becoming an expert in ecommerce and developing her leadership skills.
Meet Robin, Accessibility Specialist
Since joining THG last year, Robin has been on a mission to raise awareness of accessibility and disability inclusion in the workplace. As a member of THG's Accessibility team, Robin works closely with our designers and developers and supports them to create features and products for everyone.
Meet Ishrat, Group Medical Director
Before joining THG, Dr Ishrat worked for the NHS, supporting and supervising students and doctors in training. She has experience in general practice, mental health, and women's health, and has completed a diploma in Women's Health (Obstetrics and Gynaecology) as well as a PGCert in medical education and leadership.

Mike joined THG as a midweight designer and progressed into creative management on Myprotein, THG Group, and our Ingenuity accounts.
Meet Jo, Chief Information Officer
Jo has been an integral part of our technology division since joining THG in 2018. Over the past 5 years, she’s delivered several transformational projects for the Group, introduced innovative solutions, and built a team of over 200 people globally.
