From Intern to CEO
Lucy first joined THG in 2012 on a 12-month placement during her degree. She returned in 2013 as a graduate in our Beauty division and spent the next few years becoming an expert in ecommerce and developing her leadership skills.

Since joining THG in 2021, Robin has been on a mission to raise awareness of accessibility and inclusion in the workplace.

Before joining THG, Dr Ishrat worked for the NHS, supporting and supervising students and doctors in training.
