In 2022, we launched our Leadership & Management Academy in partnership with industry-leading training provider, Corndel. Through the Academy, managers across the Group can enrol in a wide range of programmes from Level 3 through to Level 7.

THG Mentor Scheme
With collaboration at its core, our global Mentoring Programme is all about learning from each other and creating connections across the Group.
By signing up to be a mentor or a mentee, our people can accelerate their personal and professional development and develop new knowledge, skills, and behaviours. Mentees get access to 1-1 support and industry knowledge and mentors can develop their coaching and leadership skills. We’re all about helping our people go further, faster, together.
