One of Scott’s former managers called him to offer him a job in sales for Myprotein, a role in which his extensive experience would undoubtedly pay dividends. It most certainly has, and not just for the business, but for Scott in terms of career advancement.

From his original role as a Sales Manager, he has gone on to become a Senior International Account Manager; and in less than five years, Head of New Business.

His development within the business has helped Scott overcome what he thought of as weaknesses in his business skills. He has grown to become a confident and respected presenter, able to talk to CEOs or MDs about topics such as strategy and business proposals without feeling over-awed.

Going forward, Scott’s ambition is to manage a bigger team, to hit bigger thresholds and double the size of the Myprotein B2B business, and there are things in the pipeline that would enable us – and Scott – to do just that. When he’s not pursuing his ambition, Scott likes to relax with family and friends, watch Netflix, play computer games and indulge in spa and hydrotherapy treatments.
