This position is responsible for prospecting and maintaining new partnerships particularly with B2C companies to sell our products/services direct or via our affiliate network. The account executive will be responsible for communicating with our new partners as well as maintaining those accounts on a day-to-day basis. The ideal person will be very confident, pro-active and self motivated. They will enjoy being part of and working within a busy marketing team, analysing potential opportunities from available reports and analytics, but have a creative flair and enjoy carrying the brand name forward.  Ideally with a background in successful online campaigns with experience negotiating and analysing opportunities.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[Temporary Role Until September]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Due to company growth we are looking to recruit several customer service roles over the summer period.  Candidates will need to be able to commit to the role until September.</p>
<p>Role Purpose:<br />
·    Provide a high level of customer service on a daily basis via email  and over the telephone<br />
·    Present a professional, efficient and friendly service to all of  our Customers<br />
·    Achieve and exceed departmental SLA’s and Targets</p>
<p>Key responsibilities:<br />
·    Deal with customer queries via email and telephone<br />
·    Resolve customer complaints either on the phone or via email,  whilst maintaining a professional approach at all times<br />
·    Go the extra mile to resolve customer issues and escalate problems  to line manager where unable to provide a satisfactory resolution for  the customer<br />
·    Ensure that all customer resolution is positive and professional,  always highlighting issues and making suggestions for future  improvements to service</p>
<p>Objectives:<br />
·    Ensure that call scripts are adhered to on each and every call<br />
·    Ensure that calls are accurately logged<br />
·    Ensure that all responses to customer queries are relevant and  accurate<br />
·    Ensure all outstanding contacts are replied to within 24hrs<br />
·    Ensure any pending items are closed within 72hrs or problems  escalated to line manager<br />
·    Ensure that no calls are lost and that all calls are answered  within 20 seconds</p>

·    Excellent communication skills<br />
·    Commitment to quality customer service<br />
·    Strong attention to detail<br />
·    Ability to navigate websites<br />
·    Flexible and self motivated with a positive attitude</p>

<p>This is an opportunity to join the marketing team in an entrepreneurial, dynamic company which has experienced high growth since launch in 2004.</p>
<p>The Marketing Executive will play an important role in driving customer acquisition initiatives for the Hut group.</p>
<p>The Marketing Executive will maintain ownership over management, optimisation and growth of the affiliate programme for the soon to launch of a new site as well as taking a leading part in the development of social media for this site.</p>
<p>Main Activities / Tasks:</p>
<p>Specifically the Marketing Executive will be responsible for:</p>
<p>Development and ownership of the marketing communications programme for the website.<br />
Management of  the affiliate programme including identification and recruitment of new affiliates and increasing performance from existing affiliates &amp; networks.<br />
Development of strategy, implementation and growth of social media channel across various platforms.<br />
Implentation of CRM programme including briefing, proofing and scheduling of regular mails.<br />
Developing initiatives to improve conversion on the site.<br />
Working closely with product marketing, trading, design and web development teams.<br />
Working closely with suppliers (eg manufacturers) and offline marketing.<br />
Driving business recommendations based on the tracking and analysis of customer behaviour.<br />
Closely monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the various marketing initiatives.</p>
