<p>Role Responsibilities</p>
<p>Oversee and manage site content including product imagery/copy and editorial site content<br />
Liaise with the buying and merchandising functions on descriptive product content and copy Conduct customer data analysis and customer profiling<br />
Utilise all customer data to conduct suitable targeted campaigns<br />
Co-ordinate and implement online sale promotions and customer offerings<br />
Co-ordinate brand promotions and ongoing online offers<br />
Work with our internal designers to develop design concepts from start to finish<br />
Execute a targeted e-mail and viral marketing campaign<br />
Supporting the buying and merchandising team on a daily/weekly/monthly basis with regard to spotlighting and promoting specific brands/style<br />
Managing and adhering to strict budgets and deadlines</p>
<p>Candidate Requirements</p>
<p>Ideally you will have at least 12-18 months previous online marketing experience and keen to get started on your next challenging assignment. Retail expereince is essential and ideally the candidate will have a strong e-commerce focus.</p>

<h2>Overall Purpose of Role</h2>
<p>The web developer will be responsible for updating and improving the templates used for the front-end of over 20 ecommerce web sites as well as the supporting web sites eg. Blogs and micro sites.</p>
<p>The web developer will produce bug free, production ready code and are expected to be multi-disciplined and capable of working through the complete design/development lifecycle.</p>

<li>Show good knowledge of web browser quirks and their work-arounds</li>
<li>Be experienced in server-side languages eg. JSP, PHP or similar as well as SQL</li>

<h2>Overall Purpose of Role</h2>
<p>The Test Engineer assures that the project team’s deliverables meet the business and non functional requirements.</p>
<p>The Test Engineer will be expected to carry out the creation of test cases, appropriate implementation of individual tests, log outcomes and communicate the results with the team</p>
<p>The Test Engineer will be expected to take a story from the initial idea and plan and agree appropriate acceptance tests and ensure there execution. The Test Engineer is expected to be involved with requirements, analysis, design, testing and release. The Test Engineer will influence quality at all stages of the project.</p>
<p>The Test Engineer will drive continuous improvement in the team through root cause analysis of defects.</p>
<p>The Test Engineer ensures that the suite of regression tests is appropriately automated. The Test Engineer works with the whole team to ensure that functional testing, system testing and exploratory testing are carried out as appropriate to assure the quality of the deliverable.<br />
