German Speaking Customer Service Advisors

You must be able to converse FLUENTLY in GERMAN
·         Have good IT skills
·         Be able to read, understand and respond in German to European queries

We are recruiting for a German speaking Customer Service Advisor to work in our Call Centre in Northwich. The role will involve responding to a range of customer queries via the phone and email as well as translating and updating content on our websites.

The ideal candidate will:

* Be fluent in German and English – verbal and written
* Have experience of dealing with customer enquiries and complaints at all levels
* Be a team player with strong administration and communication skills
* Be precise with very good attention to detail
* Be able to work well under pressure
* Be proactive and have a positive “can-do” attitude
