We find quicker ways to go the extra mile.

Our data-driven approach means that we never settle for second best, so our brands are always ahead of the game.

Culture

The Hut Group was founded on a desire to create an e-commerce system that could support multiple retailers. Today, our proprietary platform is used to manage over 100 websites, which we build, trade and market in-house.

This model gives us the flexibility to find original solutions to novel questions. It also means that internal development is the best business investment we can make. Alongside comprehensive practical training, we encourage creativity and independent ventures to ensure that we’re always one step ahead.

Our community attracts people from a diverse range of backgrounds, which provides an ideal foundation for us to cultivate an adaptive and responsive company. With an average age of 26, we’re fully meritocratic and certainly not averse to taking risks.

Hard work and commitment is expected of every employee, but achievement never goes unnoticed. Some of us are early birds, others are night owls, but we’re all high fliers with big ambitions.
